The Honey DNA Extraction kit purifies DNA from pollen and bacterial parasites through magnetic-particle technology. Lysed sample's DNA is transported through various buffers by the attraction and release of magnetic particles, allowing for rapid purification. The process can be conducted with a manual platform or loaded into an automated instrument. Downstream Applications include Gel Electrophoresis, PCR (Endpoint, Real-Time PCR, RT-qPCR) and Sequencing (Sanger, short-read and long-read).
