Using magnetic-particle technology, the Tissue Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit purifies nucleic acid from animal sample types, including tissue, milk, and serum. It can be applied to samples within a tube (manual platform) or from well to well (automated platform), allowing for rapid purification. First, magnetic particles are added to a lysed sample, allowing access to the nucleic acid, which is bound and transferred through various buffers to remove any proteins or other impurities. Downstream applications include sequencing (short-read, long-read, and Sanger), PCR (Endpoint, Real-Time PCR, RT-qPCR), and Gel Electrophoresis. This kit enables high-quality nucleic acid purification for agri-genomics/animal breeding.
