The Tissue Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit extracts RNA and DNA from multiple animal sample types, compatible with various downstream application using a spin column format.
Spin-column extraction is driven by nucleic acid binding to immobilised silica within the column under dehydrating conditions. Various wash buffers are used to clean the bound nucleic acid, resulting in the purification of nucleic acid from proteins and other impurities. The kits can be used on different samples, such as tissue, milk and serum. Downstream applications include Gel Electrophoresis, PCR (Endpoint, Real-Time PCR, RT-qPCR) and Sequencing (short-read, long-read and Sanger). This kit enables high-quality nucleic acid purification for agri-genomics/animal breeding.
