The Veterinary Nucleic Acid Extraction kit purifies nucleic acid from various veterinary sample types using magnetic-particle technology. The reduction of wash steps from the usual three or four to just two significantly reduces the extraction time while maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and sample purity. Downstream Applications include PCR (Endpoint, Real-Time PCR, RT-qPCR), Gel Electrophoresis and Sequencing (Sanger, short-read and long-read).
