Prism 4X RT-qPCR Mastermix uses a proprietary combination of enzymes and buffer chemistry for efficient extension and early Ct in single and multiplex qPCR. The combination of inhibitor-tolerant enzymes and RNase inhibitor makes this mix ideal for challenging applications, such as lightly processed samples and direct-sample-PCR applications
