Prism Probe 4X qPCR Mastermix uses a proprietary combination of enzyme and buffer chemistry for efficient extension and early Ct in qPCR. It can be used to quantify genomic, cDNA, and viral sequences, and provides outstanding performance in single and multiplex qPCR. The highly sensitive and inhibitor-resistant mix is ideal for detection of low-abundance DNA targets in various applications.
